It is good community to stay in, almost all the major shops, malls, and grocery stores are in within a radius of 4-5 miles.

This was a beautiful community, with so many fun amenities for all residents. The grounds were well taken care of, as well as the apartments. This property showed very well and the community pride by both staff and residents is apparent.

Reasonable, affordable, safe, and at-home feel.
The grounds are well kept, the apartments are well designed and the staff maintenance are helpful. The noise from neighbors is annoying sometimes but also to be expected with apartment living. The irrigation of the grassy areas is poor but not a deal-breaker. The overall safety of the complex and individual apartment are good and reassuring.
Friendly Staff and a good community
a great place to call home . The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.
Spacious apartments with functional layout
Spacious apartments with functional layout. Noise has been a problem. It seems to travel through the vent system especially in the master bathroom. Can hear conversations from the downstairs unit. Maintenance responds timely to requests. The office staff is fantastic and responsive. Be careful walking through the grassy areas. There are pet waste stations throughout the complex but there is an issue with residents not cleaning up after their dogs.

These apartments were cute. They had not been renovated yet, but they still looked good. The prices were even better than any other place nearby.

The property was nice but not outstanding. The apartments were very spacious. This place was in a great location for shopping and close to the light rail. The staff was professional but did not go out of their way to make me want to call this place home.
