The experience that I had at The Retreat At Park Meadows was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would very likely refer others to the community.

Based on the phone call and my visit, I would not be happy living there. The other leasing professional that was behind the desk in the office, approached the leasing professional as she was going over the pricing, and interrupted her by asking a question, and she never once acknowledged my presence.

The property is in good shape with most of the amenities looking updated and pretty awesome, with the exception of the tennis courts that looked like they had seen better days. The model apartment is beautiful and gives a good idea of how furniture would fit and how it could work for prospective residents. The leasing staff seems nice and helpful and their leasing process is very transparent and straight forward. Overall, the property and the management seem to provide a friendly and up to date place to live with some extras that make the property appealing, like the indoor basketball court and on demand fitness amenities that I had not seen in many communities.

This community is gorgeous. The staff all smiled and the leasing consultant I worked with was extremely friendly. There is a 24 hour fitness center and full size basketball court. The pool glistened and the grilling area was very well kept. This community has amazing amenities and the apartments are beautiful.

This community has everything a person could ask for and not just in name only. Their fitness center is large, well-appointed, and the large window looking out onto the pool area makes it a pleasant room to be in. So often, fitness rooms are horribly depressing, windowless closets just so the community can say it has one. All of the facilities were designed as welcoming, comfortable spaces you'd actually want to spend time in.

The property offered 35 acres and was very open and inviting. The floor plans were thoughtfully done and had little extras to make them unique.
