Overall the Sanctuary looks to be a nice place driving by but up close the building needs work. Hallways could use a power wash. Security could be increased especially when teens are still swimming at 2am in the morning.
I appreciate the time you took out of your busy schedule to provide us your feedback. We recently powerwashed all building and have additional patrol at the pool. Please contact the office with any other concerns.

I have recommended this community in the past and there is potential to recommend again but not before there are changes to how the front office presents itself and not until preventative measures are taken to help improve the community's standing and reputation in the surrounding neighborhoods and remove the stigma that our pool is the place for outsiders to come party and destroy.

I would definitely recommend living here. I have had a great experience and nothing has ever gone wrong. I feel totally supported by the staff and safe as I am living on my own!

The rent will skyrocket, not worth the location.

your parking is limited. And when I filed TWO complaints. I heard nothing back from the front office, but when there were complaints about my dogs (2 weeks) after I moved in, I got a email from the front office (twice). They didn't hesitate to contact me. Also,the washer and dryer is too small.

We realize parking is less than ideal at our community and while we wish we had more parking spots , the policies we have put in place allows us to maximize the parking we do have which includes the garage that comes with your apartment home.

What I don't like is that there is no parking space available. People move in with more than one car and take up parking spaces. So, I don't have people visiting me because there is no where to park

The apartments just don't reflect the costs. Quit raising rates each year like you are famous for. This is the cause for the revolving door tenants.
