We've been here for almost 6 years and still love it! This is the nicest apartment complex around in a very pristine area...I feel safe here and I am proud to say "I live at the Sanctuary at Tallyn's Reach!"

It is a quiet and clean community. The staff is attentive and the maintenance team is wonderful. This is a great place to live where you can feel safe with nice living conditions. The policies for transferring units is a major perk to living in this community. It is unlike any other community I have lived in. We have enjoyed our time here and believe the staff makes every effort to ensure their residents have a great place to call home.

It is quiet. It is clean. The setting is great. Love it here!

In the past, I would have recommended this place to anyone and everyone I know. However, based on the fact that it's really gone down hill the past year and that the rules aren't being enforced, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wish I could again though.

People do not pick up dog poop. It is not enforced

It’s a fairly nice community in a great area but the price you pay for rent is strictly because of the area... not for the quality of the apartment community

Poor insulation. We hear the people above us ALL the time, the people on both sides as well.

It's a great community if you have ONE car and never plan on having any guest. There is NEVER any parking...and I do not understand why street parking is STILL not allowed. We have friends who refuse to visit due to having to park a mile away at 6 in the evening.

I enjoy living in these apartments, it's a peace of mine, it's convenient. My only problem are the thin, thin walls. I can hear when my neighbors are having sex and with little ones and teenagers thats hard explaining what that noise is. Also, the padding under the carpet, because I can hear just about everything my neighbor is above me. Dog poop on rocks and on sidewalks, it ridiculous.

Very clean and well kept grounds, including the pool area.

When I moved it appeared as though there wasn't enough time to paint the walls and fill in holes from the previous tenets. My carpets were shredded by the kitchen and the sinks continuously block up. Honestly, I have a HUGE LIST. In my opinion the previous tenets moved out 1 day before I rented based on the overall look of the apartment when I moved in. Also the wrist bands that are required of tenets seem ridiculous! My kids were kicked out and the front desk called me to inform me of this... paying as much as I do per month, I would expect that my kids should be able to use the pool without being harressed.

The Sanctuary at Tallyn's Reach is a beautiful, quiet, and clean community I feel safe living in with my family.

It's extremely convenient that we can rent month to month. We are building a new home in the area and are not certain of our closing date at this time. We also love that our pets we allowed here.

Parking is bad and the customer service has not been exceptional.
