The community was like a resort. It was extremely well maintained and the amenities were what were expected at a very special resort. From the stonework on the buildings to the included garages, the abundance of windows and electric fireplaces. There were also huge walk-in closets, and well appointed kitchens and bathrooms, high ceilings and kitchen islands. It had it all.

The apartments and community were beautiful and they offered great amenities including a hot tub that can be used in the cooler months when the pool is closed and an area kids can use while parents workout in the fitness center. The leasing agent was polite, friendly and extremely courteous.

The community grounds and flowers compliment the property very well. The furniture in the clubhouse and the model unit, although it might be new, seems old and outdated. The community amenities are awesome, and the pool is beautiful. I think having a dog park there as well is a great feature for the residents.

The neighborhood and community seemed family friendly and diverse. I like that some of the garage spaces had a small enclosure to separate the space. The breezeways were wide and clean. Overall it looked like a great place to live.

The community was the best maintained property I have seen in the five states where I have lived. I have seen plenty of communities throughout the years and none of them compare. The grounds were meticulously maintained. The pool belonged in a resort. The fire pits were a great touch. The community provided excellent value for the rental rates. The maintenance and grounds keeping team had done a phenomenal job.
