The cost. Yes the services and personnel are wonderful, but why pay an extremely high rent for someone to be nice to you? It's their job and we shouldn't have to pay extra for that. Especially a 25% increase after 3 months.

Again, based on rents for comparable area's, the Sanctuary is on the high side. Nothing spectacular, or over and above, compared to other communities.

Very nice apartments, staff is friendly, the cons are that the washer dryer is too small, and you should offer month to month leases for when somone is trying to build a home.

I would likely recommend the community to my family, friends, and community because I loved the great apartment features such as the kitchen's granite counter top and cherry finish cabinets and patio. The rent price was also reasonable and competitive compared to the rent prices of other communities in the neighborhood. More importantly, the leasing professionals were pleasant to work with; they were warm, friendly, and helpful.

My experience at this community was phenomenal. The grounds were kept up and amazing. The curb appeal was wonderful. The leasing office was very neat, clean, and presentable. The leasing professional was very professional, not only over the phone, but also in person. She was knowledgeable about the community and the apartments, and she did an excellent job of presenting them to me. I would definitely recommend this community to others. I was very pleased with my experience.

The community was very clean and the buildings were in excellent condition. The pool area and other amenities were clean and in excellent condition. The one bedroom apartments were small, but the patios were large.
