Brezzway is always dusty, dirty and stained. Parking is a big problem, no guest parking.

Other residents slamming doors at all times . Other residents never pick up the dog waste its everywhere. Also residents leave there trash out on non trash days.

The complex is in a nice area but I'm not impressed with the amount of noise you can hear through the walls and the vibrations and noise when the guy upstairs walks is annoying at times. Totally not good construction of the floors.

The complex doesn't do enough to curb pet waste. The playground is great, but I won't let my kids near it because of dog waste. The complex is very when you first come in, but if you look closely it's not neat. I always see trash everywhere I see the trash collectors throw the bags & if one breaks they don't do enough to clean it up.

I think The Sanctuary is a very nice place to live and would recommend it to almost any one; however, with the rent rates rising as they are I doubt I would tell anyone to move in here.

Unless they are planning to stay for no more than a year. Never know what surprise you'll get at your lease renewal, so don't get to comfortable.
