A very nice and well maintained community, with numerous amenities to offer a potential resident. This community had more amenities to offer than most properties and had a modest price range.

The property is a large, award winning apartment community in the heart of the town.

The community was a health buff's dream. There was a basketball court, volleyball court, handball court, fitness center, and it was near a running trail. The consultant really knew how to sell the community to me. I would definitely move in!

The property was well maintained and the apartments were in great condition. The staff was friendly and showed hospitality.

This community had so much to offer an individual looking for a community apartment life. It offered more than the usual amenities, such as volleyball area, handball courts, and tennis courts. It also included the traditional swimming pools, fitness center, and clubhouse. The community was so close to the busy Brea Mall and many other stores and restaurants. Many of these were within easy walking distance. With location being close to many freeways, this also made it a very big plus living in this beautifully well maintained community.

The amenities in this community were appealing. I was glad to see basketball courts as well as handball court. I was impressed with all the tennis courts. The landscaping was decent but not amazing. The leasing professional was prepared and very pleasant. What impressed me was the warmth I felt when I entered the leasing office. I felt welcomed by everyone there.

I was impressed with the amenities offered such as free gym, tennis courts and handball courts but was extremely surprised and impressed to know the offer RV or recreational vehicle parking for the residents!

The community had lots to offer us. We did not feel like a customer we felt like friends and like we were welcome. The leasing professional made us feel like she wanted us to live there because we would be happy and she showed reasons why we would be.

From the moment that the leasing professional answered the phone to our parting, the experience was most pleasurable. I was treated with respect and made to feel welcome in the community. The managements presentation of the property was informative, based on experience. All amenities of the complex were shown and explained thoroughly. The apartment itself was clean, well appointed with updated appliances and unique floor plans. A pleasant and friendly impression was felt and I would have no problem in recommending this complex to would be renters seeking a new home.

There is a great feeling that is inviting. I would love to live here. The pool area is clean. The gym has state of the art equipment. I love all the things for the kids.

The leasing professional was sincere at all times. I felt she was proud to work at for Western Management and proud of Birchwood Village. She was professional and thorough. She asked questions to identify my needs and related my specific needs to the presentation. The only time that I felt the tour was slowing down too much was when she turned the Birchwood Village brochure over and started to draw on the map some of the local shopping areas. It was a nice jester but just started to take too long.

Based upon the amount of rent for the apartments in Birchwood, living at this community would be a very good value. They offered more than one would expect.

The community was very attractive and the amenities were very desirable. The apartment was roomy and functional. The only thing that I did not like was that the apartments only had central heat and not central A/C.
