The community is very fetching. There wasn't a speck of debris on the grounds and you can hear a pin drop.

I thought the property was well kept. Everything looked very upgraded and new. The amenities all looked in top-condition. Parking seems a little bit scarce.

The community had a large pool area with wifi access. The clubhouse was very neat and well maintained. The apartments come with two parking spaces.

I thought that the community was a decent place to live. I did not like the cooling system. I preferred central AC and heating for comfort. I thought the leasing agent incorporated more personality in her presentation to pull her prospective residents.

The community was a health buff's dream. There was a basketball court, volleyball court, handball court, fitness center, and it was near a running trail. The consultant really knew how to sell the community to me. I would definitely move in!

It also included the traditional swimming pools, fitness center, and clubhouse. The community was so close to the busy Brea Mall and many other stores and restaurants. Many of these were within easy walking distance. With location being close to many freeways, this also made it a very big plus living in this beautifully well maintained community.

The amenities in this community were appealing. I was glad to see basketball courts as well as handball court. I was impressed with all the tennis courts. The landscaping was decent but not amazing. The leasing professional was prepared and very pleasant. What impressed me was the warmth I felt when I entered the leasing office. I felt welcomed by everyone there.

I was impressed with the amenities offered such as free gym, tennis courts and handball courts but was extremely surprised and impressed to know the offer RV or recreational vehicle parking for the residents!

The community had lots to offer us. We did not feel like a customer we felt like friends and like we were welcome. The leasing professional made us feel like she wanted us to live there because we would be happy and she showed reasons why we would be.

The managements presentation of the property was informative, based on experience. All amenities of the complex were shown and explained thoroughly. The apartment itself was clean, well appointed with updated appliances and unique floor plans. A pleasant and friendly impression was felt and I would have no problem in recommending this complex to would be renters seeking a new home.
