I was very impressed with the warm greeting from the other staff team. They offered me something to drink while I waited for one of the other agents went to get my target. I was impressed by the size of the living room. Two patios and updated kitchen. I would be happy living at that community.

The community was located near many local conveniences including a shopping mall. The community offered appealing amenities. The floor plans were spacious in size and were nicely upgraded to include vinyl flooring. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful.

Birchwood Village offered appealing living accommodations in the Brea area. The upkeep of the common areas was flawless. The level of engagement the leasing staff showed was outstanding. I would love to live here.
