Beautifully maintained community and super friendly staff.

The community seemed private and quiet. It was large and close to downtown.

The leasing agent was great. She did the best she could. She even found places for me that I would like from one of the other properties. For the amount of rent paid, I could get only a standard apartment, it was not worth it. No central air, no gas stove, no garage attachment and no laundry connections. There also were no luxury amenities.

I liked that the salesperson had my information ready and I did not have to repeat myself. I did not like that there was only one ac in the apartment. I was happy that there was a refrigerator. I was also happy that the pool was heated and that there are four pools to choose from. I would have like to be driven around the community and shown the other pools. I liked the quite and clean look of the grounds. I also liked that there are two parking spots for each tenant.

This community is very nice. The trees were gorgeous and it is tucked right under the hills directly behind the property. The common areas are comfortable and suitable for this type of property. It is a large community and gives a great relaxing feel in its design.

It was a very big community with a lot of amenities. I feel like I was shown only a small part of them.

The consultant was welcoming, enthusiastic and engaging. The apartment was beautiful with a huge bedroom. The prices were reasonable and the community had all the amenities I was looking for.

Overall perceptions of community was good. They had nice amenities and price point.

The community was something I would move into and the way I was treated was why I would pack my bags and move immediately.

The agent projected interest in have me as a tenant. My question were answered professionally. The trees and landscaping made it more like a home than an apartment building. I was impressed by the soft drink and vending machines, I know it is a minor thing but it is the first time I have seen them in a rental. The community was the most interesting I had visited to date. I was definitely one where I would consider living.

She was able to relate the home to my needs and preferences and made the thought of calling the community home thrilling. For what was offered in exchange for the rental rate was commendable. I envisioned the quality of life there based on the amenities and features offered as being decent, and something I could work with.

The community was indicative of quality, cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere. The leasing team was accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommended taking a tour of the grounds and floorplans.

The location was walking distance to the mall. The community offered a clubhouse, pool, fitness center and several laundry facilities convenient to the apartment. The floor plan was nice and had wooden flooring and a patio.

The community looked great and was spotless. The leasing professional was amazing. I would undoubtedly recommend this community to others.
