Although I found the amenities ordinary, I would like to note that I was impressed with all of the sports activities that were available in the community. They had racquetball, handball, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts. The landscaping was nice and well maintained. The leasing professional was friendly and professional.

The community had nice apartments with wood floors. The price was a bit high but it was because of the neighborhood. It was nice to have a phone number to call if I were to have any on-site issues.

This was an older community. The grounds were well kept. I did not like having a window air conditioning unit in the apartment. I thought the cabinets in the kitchen were old and not updated. The management were very nice when I was there. I do not know if I would recommend this community. If they wanted a lot of activities this may work for someone.

I thought that the community was a decent place to live. I did not like the cooling system. I preferred central AC and heating for comfort. I thought the leasing agent incorporated more personality in her presentation to pull her prospective residents.

I had a wonderful experience at this property. Everything was very neat, clean and put together. The consultant I met with was polite, professional and friendly as can be. The location of this property is also huge plus. I will defiantly be recommending this community to my friends.
