Based on my experience and interaction with the leasing professional I would very likely recommend the community. The amenities to be appealing and attractive. The community was clean, and its upkeep was flawless. The leasing professional was friendly and welcoming, and came across as captivating. She remembered my needs and preferences, and exhibited a level of engagement that was outstanding. She was able to relate the home to my needs and preferences and made the thought of calling the community home thrilling. For what was offered in exchange for the rental rate was commendable. I envisioned the quality of life there based on the amenities and features offered as being decent, and something I could work with.

The community was indicative of quality, cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere. The leasing team was accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommended taking a tour of the grounds and floorplans.

The community offered a lot amenities including laundry facilities and sports courts. The staff were friendly and helpful and having them on-site was reassuring in case of situations that may occur.

The location was walking distance to the mall. The community offered a clubhouse, pool, fitness center and several laundry facilities convenient to the apartment. The floor plan was nice and had wooden flooring and a patio.

Although I found the amenities ordinary, I would like to note that I was impressed with all of the sports activities that were available in the community. They had racquetball, handball, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts. The landscaping was nice and well maintained. The leasing professional was friendly and professional.

The community had nice apartments with wood floors. The price was a bit high but it was because of the neighborhood. It was nice to have a phone number to call if I were to have any on-site issues.

This was an older community. The grounds were well kept. I did not like having a window air conditioning unit in the apartment. I thought the cabinets in the kitchen were old and not updated. The management were very nice when I was there. I do not know if I would recommend this community. If they wanted a lot of activities this may work for someone.
