I would definitely have leased at the community, based upon my exprience. The leasing agent made me feel welcomed.

I thought that the staff was professional and courteous, and it felt like they cared about making my time there as pleasant as possible. If I knew someone looking to live in that area, I would recommend this place to them. I think its a good price for the location and what you get.

I was thoroughly impressed with the community and the apartment I saw. I was also very impressed at how hospitable the leasing agents were to me from the time I entered to the time I left. I felt the leasing agent really made me feel like I was looking at my next home.

I felt the apartment may have been priced a little high. I appreciate that it was remodeled but felt the ceiling took away from the appeal. I felt a solid solution was suggested for the older windows and heat/cooling efficiency. I loved the recreation amenities and feel these are where the added value come in. As someone who likes to entertain, I really love the thought of not having to rent a banquet space or pay for catering, The ability to entertain at home at an affordable price adds value for me. Overall, I could picture myself enjoying living there.

The community was amazing inside and outside. It offered so many amenities to satisfy many physical and relaxing needs. Its nature like view allowed the feeling of peace and harmony throughout the community. The community met my expectations over and again. I would definitely recommend to others.

The grounds were well kept and although I did not see a lot of the actual amenities, I eventually heard about them and was impressed. The apartment itself was very nice and I especially liked the kitchen and the walk-in closet. I would have to do more research on my own but from what I saw, I would be very comfortable living there.
