It is brand new, and is clean.

These apartments are very new and upscale. The property is growing and the community is beautiful. There is a park right on site. I would enjoy living there!

it's nice but if you are expecting a parcel package, don't expect to pick it up from the office untill the weekend, no matter how important important it may be.

I thought this was a beautiful property. It was very beautifully maintained. The staff seemed like very nice people to have to deal with on a regular basis.

I would tell them to go somewhere else and run away!!!! Going to be posting on Facebook, Google, and other website about this aparment!!

Beautiful community but the problem they used very law quality for materials in the bathroom, the kitchen, and wood.

I really like my apartment You get a lot for your money. We love that it came with a washer and dryer and we have covered parking and weather friendly halls. I do not like being taken advantage of by management though. Our lease is up end of March and because we are being over charged by a lot we are looking for a new home. We will have payed $864.00 more this year than we should have payed which really makes us mad. When we went to sign our lease last year the manager Channy told Angela to increase the rent amount on the contract and dumb us did not question it we later found out we were being way over charged but of course we were told it is to late once your rent is increased it can not be reduced. Brick Rows lose we are excellent tenants always pay our rent on time and cause no problems. We use to recommended this complex a lot until we were treated terribly by being so over charged.

I would recommend the apartment, because it seemed brand new and was very spacious. The work station area was great and the location was outstanding. They had all modern counters and bathrooms. There were big closets, and a lot of room for storage space.

I like the location and the apartments look nice but when ever it comes to keeping in contact with leasing it's a chore and I can't keep track of the turnover in there. When I see an error in my bill I have to wait till another person has a chance to explain it. Then they often forget to call me back.

Very unclean. Carpets are never vaccummed nor cleaned.
With the exception of one staff member, Staff is overall very unhelpful and unfriendly.

Overall, these apartments are very nice. The community is nice and appealing, and the amenities are all top notch. The only negative I could say is that the rental rate was not quite what I expected from apartments in that area. The area around the community is not the best area and I honestly expected the apartment rental rates to reflect that but they did not. These apartments were just as expensive as some apartments I have seen downtown, or in other areas of the city, that are in a much nicer part of town.

This was a great presentation of an outstanding property. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I moved into Brick Row very recently. I have moved into apartments a couple of times in the past few years and this was by far, the best experience I have ever had. Every person in the office, including the maintenance staff, have been extremely pleasant and have immediately addressed the few minor issues that did arise. The property is clean and I feel very safe living here. So far, all the residents I have met have been very friendly and it is definitely a diverse group of people.

After touring this property, I became excited about the property. The amenities a great and complete, and the upkeep is excellent. The property is located right next to the Dart Rail Station, and is really convenient when you want to go see a game downtown. I love this property!

This community is loft style living that offers innovative designs and luxury style apartments. In the heart of two with direct access to the public transportation, many neighborhood conveniences and well-known highways. The community is breathtaking and provides a clean and well maintained property. My experience as a customer based on this interaction was complete.
