The community was very clean and neat and the grounds were clean and free of any debris. The signs directing me to the leasing office were visible. The leasing agent gave a great presentation and took his time to show me around. He was very outgoing and covered everything.

While the community was currently undergoing renovations in the clubhouse, I could tell that the community was nice and had good quality equipment in the fitness center. The pool I saw was nice and clean. The apartments were nice, though they were not fully upgraded with any technology or stainless appliances. I felt that the agent could have done more to build value in the home and community by asking about my needs and demonstrating the apartment more.

Seeing that renovations were being made during my arrival was a good sign to me. I feel like up-keep and maintenance is an important factor in this community which makes me feel positive about it. The breeze-ways had no traffic and no noise and the parking area seems to be more than enough space. As a customer, I feel that this is a very well kept community

The community was noticeably clean and well maintained. It had all the amenities one would want. The apartment was a nice value and a nice, open layout. The Leasing Professional was friendly, engaging, and eager to help me find an apartment. The community was conveniently located near Central Expressway.

The community was a bit dated. I was turned off by the dark brown door and trim paint in the apartments. It could easily be updated by using a grey paint. I could just see the property was in need of a face lift. The agent was cordial and created a welcoming feeling. She was able to overcome all of the objections I threw at her. Overall everything was average, and forgettable.

The property was in a great location. The grounds were clean, manicured, and well maintained. The leasing staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The apartments were open and spacious with all the latest upgrades. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a new home.
