This is a great property. The location is convenient as well. The apartment has a great layout.

This community seems like a very appealing place to live. There is a friendly staff who are always willing to help. There is round the clock maintenance and upgraded and modern appliances. The environment is appealing. There is a park with a running trail that is a plus for me, since I like to go running outside. The gym is fully equipped. The community has three swimming pools, which mean all the pool areas will not always be over crowded. The floor plans are spacious and well utilized, with spacious closets and separate dining areas. This is a community I will definitely consider living at.

I left the community with an overall positive impression. Everyone that I encountered was professional, upbeat and engaging. The community itself was contemporary and beautiful, with an urban feel. I felt very welcomed by the staff, and I would be very happy to live there.

I really liked this property, but what would have taken it over the top is if they organized events and things for the residents. It may be something they do, but I was never told about anything like that.

Based on the initial phone call to exiting the property, I would say this is not the place for me. Although the property may have a great deal to offer, the property's presentation to me was minimal.

The leasing office is cramped and unfriendly and closed off from the club room. Having the model at the other end of the community allows the resident to see the park and the nice town-feel, but there is very little retail and the roads seem deserted. The model's bedroom is set up very awkwardly. It makes the room look small and unusable for anyone with a triple dresser. It is close to the DART, but the town looks deserted and unused.

This community was clean and neat. The agent seemed nice and genuinely helpful and very knowledgeable. They were having a Cinco De Mayo dinner for the residents. The residents who were in the community and office seemed happy and friendly.

I found the leasing professionals to be very professional and very enthusiastic about the community. The location was prime and right on the train route, making commute easily accessible. I found the community to be a little expensive but found value with all that is offered by the community. The community is definitely a place to consider!

I would recommend this community to anyone. It is the perfect get-away. It is a private location and still within distance to my employer.

I thought the property was nice and very similar to other urban communities I had seen. I did not dislike the apartment and the community, but there was nothing that made it stand out for me. My sales professional was nice and did engage, but there was more that could have been done to sell me on the property.

I did not see the value in living at the property other than the closeness to the DART, as my job is located at another DART station and I would be able to ride it to work. The amount of rent is outrageous for someone who lives alone, unless they make at least $35,000 a year and have no other bills to pay. The agent did not tell me about the businesses located within walking distance. Not impressed at all.

The community was in a convenient location, with easy access to the expressway and the rail Line. The community was clean and wonderfully maintained. It was quite modern.
