The property was in a great location. The grounds were clean, manicured, and well maintained. The leasing staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The apartments were open and spacious with all the latest upgrades. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a new home.

I would probably never go into the leasing office unless necessary after moving in. The community is nice with great amenities, but it seems like the leasing staff are not very organized and prepared. From the phone call to the on-site visit, I felt a lot of uncertainty and no willingness to engage and find out about me as a customer to develop a good client relationship.

The community was conveniently located near the rail station. It had high-end features like a large gym, resort-style pool, and beautiful granite counter tops. The leasing professional was knowledgeable about the community and apartment features and genuinely cared about finding an apartment that fit my needs.

The interiors are a rich design accented with remarkable woodwork and attention to detail. They are in a prime Richardson location with many nearby neighborhood conveniences.
