Apartment Review from a Current Renter
I have concerns about parking. Residents with garages park their cars in open spots, because their garage is filled with things other than their vehicle. We mentioned this before and was told it was nothing they could do. I mentioned to them I considered other places an in noted in the contract the garage can not be used for storage. Perhaps the peoeple with garages have a didfferent parking sticker and if they are parked in open spots they cars can be towed. to help combat the parking issue. The gate is often times broken and people can just come in anytime. The tv on the wrokout equipment dont work and is decieving to new residence. The exercise bike seat has been broken for months. The people they have cleaning the exercising room are a joke. I hope they aren't getting paid much...maybe that is why they do so a poor job.

Only issue I would have is the lack of parking
We understand the parking is congested and difficult to find at times. We recently added 15 parallel spaces on the West side of the community. We are continuously working on a permanent parking solution to end our congestion.
Location and Customer Serivce
The location of the apartment is great! It's close to The Woodlands, my work, and not to far from Houston. I-45 is right next to the complex which makes for easy access! There is a lot to do around the area, great places to eat, and shopping! I love where I live. The pleasant office/maintenance staff is always able and willing to attend to any and all my issues; this makes for a wonderful living environment. The residents are very sweet and I enjoy meeting all the animals when I walk my dog. Overall great community!

Everything was great about the community. Unfortunately I was not able to view the pool or the business center, but everything looked nice after passing it. I would not change anything.

the place is peacfull, the management is very good and very proffessional. the care to provide service that exceeds our expectations.
Alright Apartments surrounded by horrible parking
the apartments themselves are nice and have no problem with them. the one problem that consistently happens is not being able to park inside the complex itself. When i pay a fair amount of money to live in luxury apartment i dont feel as though i should have to park outside the gate or even across the street.

It's a quiet and friendly environment to live. I HAVE ONLY ONE COMPLAINT AND THAT IS WITH MY UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR, WHOM I HAVE TOLD THE OFFICE ABOUT. SHE IS INSISTANT ON MAKING HORRIBLE NOISE ALL NIGHT AND DAY AND WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO TALK TO HER ABOUT IT..SHE HAS MADE IT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN I HAVE TO RUN INTO HER, BUT OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE LIVING HERE
We are dilligently working on a resolution in order for both residents to continue to have a positive living experience here at The Marquis at The Woodlands!
