The community appeared very serene and the upkeep was great.

The community offered a lot for the lease amount. The amenities were awesome. The leasing professional was confident and provided me with a well rounded presentation. I would have no problem referring my friends and family to this community.

Dog feces EVERYWHERE, including on sidewalks. It is completely disgusting and filthy.

My visit to the community was very pleasant indeed. The leasing agent did an excellent job in her presentation of the community. She was very detailed in all areas of the apartment. I would certainly have leased from her.

I would recommend the actual apartments to anyone, but I would turn them away if they have friends who want to visit. Like said earlier, visitor parking is a joke and most tenants park in the visitor parking.

I would have definitely leased there. Not only because of the amenities that were offered on-site, but most importantly because of the outstanding customer service that was offered by the agent. The price that was offered for the apartment was well worth it.

Keep this in mind - Im currently getting a masters in business. I know what to expect.

When i talked to a leasing agent (Hailey), she did not put on the table all of steps, prices etc. to move in. Told us a completely different price every time. They surprise you with fees so be aware!!! I was interrupted, insulted and everything i said was questioned by Olivia and Kelley. I talked to one guy who actually wanted to help and not argue. If I didn't already drop a grand ( before first months rent) I would have high tailed out of there. They make excuses for their mess ups! they don't apologize like you should when it comes to good customer service.

The community offered competitive prices for all they provided, from the apartment features to the community amenities. The leasing professional was great. I would recommend this community to others.

Limited parking and high rental rates

The agent did a really great job and I would actually really be interested in leasing the apartment.

Dog waste everywhere you walk. Dogs not on leashes. People in the pool area during the night. No parking for friends or family without getting towed.
