Clean and well maintained, fun community events, great location for fair price! And the maintenance requests never go a day without being handled.

The price for the community was amazing but the location was very far from the city center. The leasing agent was very pleasant and fun.

I have lived here for just a little over a year. I had a roommate issue a few months ago and had to switch apartments in the middle of my lease. The staff was so helpful and wonderful. I have rented for the past 5 years of my life and have never been able to say I loved the living experience as well as the office staff -until now. I plan to move to Austin within the next year and will definitely be looking into another CWS property. I highly recommend The Marquis at the Woodlands. If you are looking for a quick & skilled maintenance staff, clean property, spacious and open layouts, and friendly & helpful staff -this is the place to find it. there are hardly 10 or 1 visitor spots and its causing issue for guests/relatives that visit us to park.
Weekends we have to park in opposite gas station or child center which is rediculos.

My visit to this community was remarkable. The staff was just as amazing as the community. The two go hand in hand. I could picture myself living there and being completely happy.

I've lived here for three years in two different floor plans. I've called this complex home for half of my time In Texas. It's time to move again and I'm very fortunate to have the experience I've had here, especially since the CWS team has taken over...they are an exceptional team of people who are responsive, helpful, honest, and friendly.

The apartments are nice, with easy access to the freeway and Spring/Woodlands.

The CWS team has been extremely responsive to mine and the communities needs.

If you need an apartment in the area I'd highly recommend this community.

I would recommend The Marquis because the team is great! Each time I have a question, staff are ready to greet me with a smile and are so helpful. They take the time to remember you, your name and your situation (I plan to buy a house and mentioned it in a conversation with a staff member and a year later she remembered). Awesome customer service! Also, the maintenance team is wonderful! Unless its the weekend, all of my maintenance issues are resolved within a day or two at the most. Awesome, awesome, awesome team!

I've been recommending it actually! We plan on staying here for a long time unless I have to move my folks here and get a bigger place. LOve it.

Neutral due to the parking, it is absolutely terrible. I can rarely park by my building and if i have guest they can't even park in visitor no matter what time the visitor spots are usually always taken. I think some residence are even parking in visitor spots.

I just moved in about 6 months ago. Everything has been awesome. My 1 bedroom is spacious, I haven't been bothered by noise, and the maintenance crew has been wonderful! Very timely! The only thing that's terrible is visitor parking. I myself haven't had an issue yet, but what is going to happen when I have a visitor? I have seen only ONE visitor space open for a matter of two hours since I've lived here. I'm really hoping I'm not going to regret my decision. They could at least give us some alternatives for our guests.

I moved here from Virginia, never being in Texas before and transferring for work, The staff walked me through the entire process of leasing online, I was able to do everything and have my apartment ready when I got here, all I did was sign one thing and got my keys. The place is great, beautiful landscaping, the staff is wonderful and helpful, and the maintenance guys are on top of everything even changing light bulbs. The fitness center is great, and the pool is awesome. They have parties every month that are a blast and its nice to meet new people since im not from here I got to meet people that lived here and have became friends. I would tell anyone to rent from here, it's by far the best experience I've had from an apt complex.

The property was easy to locate. The signage to the leasing office was clear and visible. The grounds are well maintained. The community amenities were attractive as well as clean. The visit was very productive. My first impression of the community was very positive. I would call the community home.
