This was a beautiful, modern community with state of the art communities, that were well maintained and clean. The floor plans were well laid out with excellent features. The staff was personable and genuinely interested in showing the community to potential lessees.

The community was very nice. I loved the amenities that they had for the residents, especially the outside area with the grills and the televisions and the lounge space. It was big enough for several groups of people to be able to enjoy at the same time and it was spacious. The pool was super nice as well, I could imagine it would be the place to be when it was warm outside. The apartment itself was nice especially for the price and the area. I liked the fact that the community was not too big and it was well kept. I would definitely recommend the community for anyone looking to lease an apartment.

Our apartments are conveniently located, the office staff are friendly and professional, the maintenance staff are outstanding.

I love the family atmosphere of this community. The front office staff knows you (And your dog) by sight and always makes me feel welcome and at home. The maintenance staff is professional and courteous, always waving hi. I love that in such a big city they have built a community which makes me feel safe and neighborly.

The walls a thin and you hear a lot through them. The rent is on the high side. The layout makes the living room on the smaller side (in the one bedroom unit I am in)
