very bad apt

you would be victimiized by the security patrol office staff they are not your friend

Nice apartments - horrible parking.

I moved out of here about 4 months ago, but just found the time to write this review. There were some good things about these apartments. They were nice... my apartment was pretty spacious. I had no complaints about noise. The resident events were great. The maintenance guys were wonderful. They were honestly probably the best thing about living here. They were friendly and fast! On the other side, parking is absolutely horrible. You should basically only live here if you have no friends. Most visitors had to park ACROSS the street at the shady convenience store. They added parking and acted like it was the greatest thing in the world.. but it wasn't! They added like 2 more visitor parking spaces which were just used up by residents that were to cheap to buy a parking pass. I never understood why they didn't just have open parking. It was frustrating and honestly outweighed all the pros of living there. One of the leasing agents... I believe her name is Kim... had poor customer service skills. When I visited the clubhouse to ask a question it seems like what she was doing at the time was more important. She was definitely not as friendly as the other ladies that worked there. When it came to our user names, she misspelled both me and my roommates names which wasn't a huge deal, but it showed her apathetic attitude about her job. The only other thing is that the walkways were always dirty. Nobody ever swept them.
Thank you for your feedback. I do understand about the situation upon parking is not the best situation, I have recently had a new parking for current residents. We have certain covered parking as rentable items for such as a week or over the weekend. By adding this feature it hopefully will help our resident and guests parking. If you have time this week I would like you to visit my office so we may go over the specks on this new feature.

This place is nice but the animal waste is disgusting. Perhaps video surv should be used and fine the owners for not picking up after their dog. It's really bad in the summer

The community looked nice, the staff seemed disinterested in leasing and did not tell me much of the amenities, the office was just not fresh nor friendly. I felt like they could care less if I was there. Based on my experience, I would not lease in the community. The leasing professional did not demonstrate anything nor even turn on lights or open blinds.
I do apologize for your recent experience. However I would love to invite you back to view one of our newly renovated homes.

horrible customer service

I moved in here over a year ago. I rented a separate storage and when they handed me the key they just told me the number. I had to ask them to show me where it was. The apartment was filthy and I took pictures. A week after move in they asked if I wanted them to send maid service over. I said no because I already cleaned it. They actually thought that I would live in filth for a week? Pathetic! My neighbors have surround sound and constantly have it turned up to vibrate my apartment. My constant complaints have done nothing to get a long term solution. My emails get answered one minute before closing. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!

Parking is really scarce and rates are too high.
