The apartment needs gas grills and the tv's to work in the gym. The towing policy between 2am and 6am needs to be changed. You can't ask a guest to leave your apartment or their car will be towed. A guest that had been drinking wouldn't even have the option of taking a cab home or their car will be towed. This policy was not well thought out. It's understandable that you dont want several cars camped out for days taking up space. Cars could be marked with chalk on the tires to see if they have been moved or stickers could be placed by security on the windows of cars that have been in the same spot over 2 days. Then towed. I'm giving you a great survey hoping you will give this some thought.

I would recommend living here, but that visitor parking is limited if you don't make plans ahead of time and get a pass for the weekend.

When I first moved in, I did refer others. But based on my experience living here, I'm already doing everything I can to dissuade people from living here. I have lived in other lofts in the downtown area, know many people who do, and can't think of any reason why I would ever recommend them.

The place is great. However there are some short comings. When I signed the lease last year, they installed carpet in the living room. I was under the impression that it was going to be all concrete flooring. To this day I would much rather not have the carpet. But of course there isn't really anything I can do about it now. So now it's time to renew the lease. I'm still a little bit on the fence and have been trying to get a hold of the leasing office but it looks like they are really busy.

I recommend this property all the time - especially to people looking for a Downtown loft without the Downtown price tag.

If the grounds were kept cleaner and a housekeeper was hired to maintain the interiors then I would highly recommend this community.

Impossible to entertain here. No parking.

Aside from the location this place is being run into the ground.

If the parking rules continue as planned, I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

I am in the process of building a house or I would move out and not resign my lease. There are better lofts in the area that charge the same amount and have granite counter tops and stainless appliances and great workout rooms.

Our neighbor is really noisy and the office staff have not responded to our complaints.

Overall A+++ in Customer Service! Very friendly staff. Everyone was helping one another. Very professional people at this community.
