This place is dirty.

I think the price point will exclude many single professionals like myself, and the noise level is pretty excessive.

I loved this property. It has historical relevance but is updated and modern. The covered parking for both guests and residents is extremely appealing. It had everything I was looking for and more. The location was great, and I really enjoyed my time at this property

The negative: thin walls, no oven. The positive is other than that it's a good place to live and highly adjacent to downtown.

the interior espace is great but remember that we live in front of a projects with a lot of problems, beside the homeless that sometimes are aggressive.

The community was exceptional. Just the history behind the building makes the community special. If you like living in a place that has the old world charm to it then this would be the place for you. It has open ceilings where you can see the rafters and the ducting. You see all the intricate piping throughout the building. The floors are made of hardwood and concrete.

the office phone NEVER gets answered. if i have to talk to someone, i always go into the office.

The apartment community was beautiful and it was located in a centralized location. The leasing agent was professional and we really connected.

There is general degree of sloppiness in the way the complex is being managed. I refer primarily to the addressing of security, maintenance and cleanliness issues. Maintenance must be handled promptly and efficiently. Right now it takes 2-3 attempts to get requests properly addressed. In addition the maintenance of the grounds needs to be more proactive. There have been security incidents and failure of residents to clean up after themselves. Some residents do not pick up their dog poop and it stays in the building hallways or the grounds for days before someone picks it up. Like wise the small trash bins by the doors are frequently overflowing as is the area around the trash chutes. The culprits are always residents but either a better attempt should be made to identify and punish the culprits or the management needs to pick up after these bad residents. A simple solution to improving security and resident behavior is to install more cameras in the the building and the grounds

Good value for the location and the price. The security officer is very responsive- I have had to call him several times for noise issues (parties at 2am) and he always comes right away and handles the problem.

i liked the people and the complex as a whole. just a little troubling with all the car break-ins and vandalism.

The property doesn't have a great location and the noise level between apartments is terrible. I could have a conversation with my neighbors by just talking a bit louder in my apartment. I never truly feel like I have privacy and am constantly worrying about disturbing my neighbors.

The community was very unique. I would definitely lease if I was in the market and money was no object.

It all depends on the quality of the other residents. People who are disruptive and distructive diminish the desirability of residency here. You should try to hold onto the people who respect each other, and the property. That way, your maintenance costs will go down, and the quality of life for the residents will improve.
