Car has been broken into 4 times. Jason makes us feel unwelcome.

Well, loft living isn't for everyone but for the ones it is...sure, I'd recommend this property!
The positives outweigh the negatives.

The residents that love historic things, will like this look.

I would definitely refer others to this property.

If I had been a real customer I would have been very impressed. Although I may not have been able to afford to live there, I would definitely go home and dream about living there.

I was impressed with the community and the price. I expected it to cost more since it was downtown. The size of the apartments for the price was also impressive. I would have liked to see the pool and hear about nearby entertainment and facilities outside of the property.

The properties common areas are really unique. I like that fact that the amenities were available 24 hrs a day and the gym was remodeled. There was a beer bottle left on the floor in one of the hallway outside the apartment I viewed and a few spills around the property but overall, it was a very unique property.

The hallways smell of trash. The employees should walk the entire property everyday to see what the residents see. (Trash, dog poop, abandoned cars, etc.)

The community was beautiful and clean. The service and amenities they offered in exchange for the price was commendable.

Until management changes and the rent has leveled off. I can't speak on other apartments but mine is very nice. I hate leave but common sense out ways aesthetic reasons.

My perception as real customer considering leasing at this community was the community has tried as much as possible to maintain the original nature of the building such as the wood finishing, walls and concrete floors. The leasing professional was warm, welcoming and acted professionally.

This community was in an excellent location and access to the highway would be very convenient. The leasing professional was down to earth and friendly. I would be happy to tell my friends and family about this community.

When I first drove into the property I could tell that I was going to have an issue with parking. I did not see future resident parking available. I did not see any signs directing me on where else I could park. I asked a gentleman that I saw where I could park. There was no staff available when I walked into the office. The staff, once I met them, were doing a great job under the circumstances. The people that came in before me left, because they had to wait too long. I love hardwood floors, however, I was not prepared for the hardwoods I saw in the apartment. I was told it was the original flooring. I guess I could get used to it, but I was not impressed. The vacant apartment seemed outdated. The brown wooden cabinets did not appeal to me. I was concerned about the step up in the bathroom. That screamed accident waiting to happen. I did not think it showed well. Based on what the leasing agent told me about the apartment that was coming available, I thought it would be a better apartment to see, because it sounded like it was more updated.

The complex is aesthetically pleasing. Conveniently located downtown. Several floor plans to choose from. Leasing staff we dealt with at our move-in was friendly.
A few cons:
We were misinformed about the cable/internet provider. We were told we could choose which we wanted. No. You must choose AT&T, whose service is less than stellar.
Reserved/paid parking lot gate is very often broken. You pay a monthly fee for the least security.
Roaches. I placed a work order for a couple of useless pest control sessions. Requested a thorough extermination. No one showed up, and I was never told online in the service requests that there is a separate process to request a thorough extermination.
Issues with paying rent online, stating accepted payment when it really wasn't accepted.
Lack of communication skills from leasing staff in general. They usually seem uninformed. Notices of important happenings not usually given very far in advance.
Noisy hallways.
Insufficient parking for tenants.

I loved the leasing agent and the property as a whole. My only comment was that some of the hallways needed air freshener.
