The staff that I encountered was friendly and professional. The area was very accessible to downtown if I was working in the area. The community area did not seem very inviting to want to live there. I believed this area is still a work in process. However, the property did seem nice and the amenities it provided would be something that I would enjoy for social gatherings.
Thank you so much for your response. Our area is a work in progress and continues to get better all the time. Hopefully all the changes will be noticeable very soon.

I've even deterred friends that have been in the market away from this complex. And I have very few guests. When the community exemplifies the standard of "luxury" they claim, then I will gladly refer others to the community.

The community is extraordinary. The amenities are five star. The location is fabulous. The staff is professional. The community is as upscale as it gets.

The building itself is worth living in. The other aspects do not meet many of the other places I have lived or visited. I travel often and other properties advertised as "luxury" I know of have more of a hotel service approach. I wouldn't compare this property that way.

I have had experiences with the office staff in which have made me very upset in situations around the pool rules change. The people living in the complex have also made it an intolerable environment. I have dealt with racist people that live here and a lot of drunken people. I have had people standing in the hallways on the phone all night disturbing me.

I still believe a decent value can be had at the downtown lofts but I can't imagine "gushing" over this community and recommending it to anyone and everyone. The # of individuals riding in and out of here with music blaring as if we are in the hood is at an all-time high, the exposure of trash near the outside common area is an eyesore and most residents think it is embarrassing... a simple partition of lattice, that would not violate any codes because it would not be a permanent structure, would change the overall look and feel of the common area and it would help prevent those from the neighboring community from using our trash/dumpster area as their personal dumping grounds when they move out of their homes or decide they'd like to discard rowing machines, old sofas, treadmills, mattresses, junk furniture, etc... and if members of this community are disposing of those items it wouldn't look like the community is creating an abstract art collection of junk furniture for future generations to admire. Last but not least the pet refuse/baggies need to be dumped/cleaned out of the receptacles on a by-daily basis (if not daily). The sheer number of flies circulating in those areas is not only unsanitary it is absolutely disgusting.

I was actually asked a few weeks if a friend of a friend should move in and I said, "Overall, it's a good place to live, but they do have a bad problem with people not cleaning up after their dogs and letting their dogs go inside the building. On a number scale, I can only give it like a 3 out of 5."

The historical look of the building was impressive. The community has been developed over the years and lots of new housing and apartment homes have been built. The management is customer service oriented and it showed in the leasing agent's professional presentation.
