I love the design of the complex and my unit but the building hallways are always dirty residents leave trash and it is not enforced much for clean up. Just this weekend someone left syroform what if pets eat that it is everywhere near the building 6 elevator and throughout building 6 I would be surprised if it actually cleaned up by the cleaning crew. 3rd floor building 6 near the elevator next to the camera those residents put out trash that spilled all over the floor and the entire hallway smelled of fish this went on for a week and the stain is still there! Mop the hallways if rules will not be enforced pay someone to do the cleaning. It will be a better sale point when you all are showing units.

If you want your property damaged and stuff broken into then I’ll recommsend you to this apt complex.

This historic building was in the heart of downtown and the apartments looked really cool inside and were at a good price.

I already have recommended to my brother. The location is stellar, especially for the price, and the management is more than satisfactory, which is often hard to say for an apt complex.

Need some night watch for the random kids from the neighborhood swimming at night and a couple of burglaries that have occurred. Overall, its a great staff and maintenance department.

Would: beautiful living, great area, decent amenities
Would not: guest parking, valet service is not consistent, lack of office communication

The old staff was a lot better. The current staff acts like they don’t know what’s going on. They don’t communicate with each other and make empty promises. I will be moving.

Currently I would not recommend the complex to anyone I know due to the fact that nearly all of the reasons we originally rented are now cease to exist. Bring back security, food trucks, monthly community events, and keep the yoga going!

Until management becomes better and the finishes and appliances are on level with some other luxury apartments in Houston I would not recommend this property. There are comparable luxury properties in the price range of these in better locations in and around downtown Houston.

Things break a lot... but they also get fixed very quickly. Parking is still rough at times.

I would recommend due to the convenience of being downtown. I am bothered by the lack of cameras here. Residents violate rules regarding dogs, they poop inside and don't clean it up...stairways don't get clean regularly.

Noisy, walls are thin, creaking floors above apartment, very noisy.

Probably not. the living space is cool but maintenance and amenities are a deterrent. Plus parking is ridiculous - for residents.
