I would have definitely leased the apartment. It was in a prime location with plenty of restaurants, entertainment and shopping just minutes away. I loved that the property was a historical building preserved and made into lofts. The agent was excellent in her presentation of the apartment. She pointed out the amenities and tailored the tour to what my wants were in a home. I would definitely recommend the agent and the community to anyone looking for an apartment.

The leasing professional was truly a professional. She answered my questions and immediately established rapport with me. I really enjoyed the tour of this community and I would have leased an apartment because the leasing professional did a very good job convincing me that this was the right place to call home.

Black appliances would have improved the kitchen. The Leasing Professional was quiet through much of the tour.

Not a higher rating because of noise level in apartment from gym noise. Gym should not be allowed to be used at one oâclock in the morning

I have windows on the "enclosed Balcony" they really need to be cleaned on the outside. Will you all be hiring "window Washers"?

My only complaint is noise. Itâs not too bad most days but I can hear neighbors talking or arguing. And dogs, especially dogs barking all night.

I would definitely recommend this property. Iâve called this place home for over 10yrs. My place is beautiful, comfortable, and full of character! The office and maintenance personnel have treated me very well. I couldnât ask for more.
