but with some reservations due to rowdy neighbors. There is a shouting match going on at least 3-4 x a week. Very disruptive.

So, given the fact that the level of sound is one of the worst in any complex I've ever been in, I would definitely warn my friends and family about that first. But as well, the service and staff are excellent. The noise is the deal breaker for me, so I wouldn't recommend.

Even the visitors to my apartment recommend it to others.

If you are coming here as a new resident, they roll out the red carpet and offer you great rates. But once you are here, the rates go way up. Those who decide to renew their lease pay a premium while the new residents pay reduced rates. Long-time residents are penalized, it seems.

My over all experience was greet. She started me off on a good note with the detailed phone call conversation we had. I was really impressed with how she lead the conversation, I did not have to ask many questions because she was very informative. Based on my needs and price comfort that we discussed, she showed me the unit that best fit that range. Once in the unit she pointed out how the study could easily be a second bedroom for my son. She made sure to ask me if I felt it would be enough space as I viewed the rooms. She pointed out key selling features for m which was the washer and dryer in the unit. I was very satisfied when I left the community and would rent from there based on my interaction today with KaTrisa.
