The community was very clean and serene. This property was very calm while touring and it did not at all feel like an apartment community, but more of a neighborhood.

I'd definitely like two things changed in the apartment complex - better security, may hire a security guard and friendly office staff.

I would not recommend because it is overpriced. I saw huge flying roaches outside and if you leave your door open they will enter into your apartment. There is obviously an issue with the plumbing on the property.When I complained management told me that it was my fault and I should change my habits.

It was a great community and tour. However for the area and the age of the community I believe the rental rates are extremely expensive. Especially for the apartments that have not been upgraded.

I would likely recommend this community to my friends because of the space inside every apartment, the garage but most of my friends work far away from the area.

I would recommend it if the rates were not so high, but as a realist, I also recognize that if the rate were lower, I doubt that the current level of service would be maintained.

The grounds are well kept and maintenance requests are handled in a very timely manner. For the most part the community is pleasant and in a good location with plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from. The office staff are helpful and plesent to deal with. I hope to continue enjoying this community.
