The property was very nice. It was well maintained and clean. I loved the apartment and it was a great floor plan with a lot of great features. The leasing professional was friendly and gave me all of the information. She was professional and knowledgeable about the property and the apartment.

I believe the price is a bit steep for the age of the property. However, the grounds are maintained well and feel its fairly quiet.

The community and what was being offered was acceptable. They did not offer as many amenities as a lot of apartments. I did like the fact that that had a personal trainer on-site, but the schedule was for September and it was almost November. The apartment, such as the walls and cabinets could use updating.

Quite, grounds are well kept except for bushes not trimmed on a regular/consistent basis(I've noticed this difference over the time I have lived in the community), lots of activities and opportunities to meet neighbors and have a working relationship with staff.

It would be nice if drivers would adhered to the speed limits at night, not tailgate to intimidate me to speed up, then hit their breaks while I am trying to navigate into my parking garage. Also standby in front of Marquis waiting for someone with a entry remote, then tailgate like we are annoying them for obeying the speed limits

The staff presented in a personable and enthused manner and were friendly and welcoming. The community's location was ideal because it was minutes away from a major busy street. Its architectural design and scenery created a sense of tranquility. The community seemed well maintained. The amenities looked attractive and cleaned. I would have moved in right away.

All is good, better said excellent in the apartment community. Though managements attitude leaves much to be desired when it comes to interacting with us the community members, one can say that is a small detail in comparison with the quality of living here. I mean nothing will ever be perfect right.

I liked the community because it was located in a serene part of Houston. It was a small community with a cozy look. It was quite central to most parts of Houston and one could access most facilities like restaurants, shops or recreational facilities like Top Golf and Memorial city. I liked the community and I felt it was a very polite and accommodating atmosphere.
