As a real customer, I felt this was a beautiful community. I would consider living there if I did not currently have a home and I was looking. The property was beautiful and the leasing agent presented herself professionally.

I wouldn't because of the lack of amenities for the cost. And also due to the fact that there is absolutely no sound proofing between upstairs/downstairs neighbors

The community location was great, it was close to Westheimer Road, which had a lot of restaurants and stores. The premises was very well maintained the the staff was great and friendly. The apartments were clean and had wooden floors and attached garages, which was convenient if you were concerned about your car.

Nice apartments, poor service.

Great community, quiet and pet friendly. The apartment upgrades are nice, though they've stopped putting in granite and are now painting the kitchen counters. New on-site management is nice but terrible with follow up and follow through.

The aforementioned concerns are the primary reason I would not recommend the community. People deserve working appliances and respectful interactions with others. Begging for work to be completed and getting the run around is not the way things should be done.
