I've lived in this place for over 7 years now and this is a safe, friendly community. The office and maintenance staff are the envy of my family and friends.

I liked these apartments and I liked the community as a whole. The area seemed very calm. The apartment looked very cozy and relaxing. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

We love it here. Everything is clean, everyone is nice, it's dog-friendly, quiet, and a perfect little community for us.

I would;quiet, yards well kept, prompt response to issues, friendly available office staff.

Too many plumbing issues. Something is always being turned off for a day. The gym is terrible.

All of the above positive comments are reasons for recommending this apt. complex. Besides, I love my garage... it is convenient for unloading, keeps car cool & lends a feeling of safety to entering & leaving car after use.

My typical electricity bill is over $100 and has been $150 before. I try to be as conservative as possible, but the insulation or set-up must cause it to be high.

Overall, the community is quiet, 'secure' and/or offers additional security features. The garage and storage space makes it worth considering this property. The grounds are well mantained, especially in comparison to some surrounding properties. Office personnel and maintenance are responsive. The community events (breakfast, dinner, etc.) are awesome. For these reason and a few others, I would recommend this community. The current rent is a little pricy. The property and floorplans are great. The free accent wall is a bonus. However, paint, facial boards over [particle board] cabinetry, brushed nickel, and in some cases granite does not change the age of the property and what's behind and in the walls.

I would recommend if they can afford it because, its clean quite and nice.
The only con is price!

Ellie did a great job on her presentation. However, it was focused on the apartment. She briefly showed me the amenities.

Safe, small complex and close to lots of businesses.

THe property itself was nice and well maintained. The grounds are well kept and neatly trimmed. The closets are spacious and the gym smelled fresh and clean and actually has room for stretching.

I think that overall the apartment community is a safe place for walking and I enjoy the amount of enclosed space and the dog park, but I do think the price is too high for the quality of apartment. Everything looks nice on on the surface, until you look more closely and realize things are put together very cheaply to look nice, but are of low quality.
