This property offered a lot of convenient amenities for the residents. They had many events for the residents that make residents feel appreciated. The landscaping was very well maintained and the apartments offered up space and a garage that made it feel very much like a house. the attached garage was a huge added bonus as well as the size of the community. The community was not very large, so it created a great sense of community among neighbors.

The property was well kept and unique in its offering of the garages. It was located at the corner of a popular street, but away from the busy entrance of it. The staff was friendly and eager, and the actual apartments were well maintained and modern.

For the price quoted, the community offered a good place to live for a small family. The apartments were located in a secured environment that were ideal for small families and young professionals to call home.

Prices are a little high for the age of the property and the renewal rates sometimes go up more than average. Also understand that with the new valet trash company the trash fee is going to increase significantly and I don't make use of it

The apartment was beautiful, neat and clean. It was quiet and seemed peaceful. The level of engagement from the leasing professional was commendable. The apartment also came with a lot of benefits, and they offered multiple floor plans.

"Would" because of the garage space, 2-story, kitchen granite, dog park, in-unit laundry, pool, and friendly staff. "Would not" due to unfriendly neighbors, main office availability, and maintenance/service.

Amazing Community
I'm so happy to live here! Me and my family love it and the only reason we are leaving is because of the commute times to work. We love the management office activities! The cleanness of the community, how quickly management responds to work orders, and the private garage! I definitely love this apartment :) it is beautiful and the layout works great!

This community was very nice and I would love to live there. The pool was beautiful, the exercise area was large with top brand equipment. A garage was something I did not think I would have in an apartment. The hardwood floors were gorgeous. The leasing professional was exceptional. I would refer others.
