I would recommend only to those who do not expect a polite experience with the current office personnel.

Most of what I viewed and learned about this community was positive. It seemed to be managed like a well-oiled machine, with the convenience to the residents always in mind. A negative was that there was very little greenery beyond the gates.

it was things that the office did not tell me upon moving here, they didn't tell me I would have a water bill or I would have to pay a fee for paying my rent online.

Great, safe community; however, I am moving due to the price increase.

Expensive. Higher than other CWS apts in area. Old appliances in apartment with premium prices. Oven heats up home but cannot be replaced because not broken. Water pressure low. Toilets old and do not flush well after maintenance.

The neighborhood is safe and well maintained but the price is high and goes up a lot over a couple of years. That's not good for long term apartment living.

I wouldn't suggest this complex to an enemy.
Highly disagree being a renter since 2009 the complex is above standard only problem is the price keep increasing.

This was a very attractive community. The community had a city location, but due to the huge trees it had a country feeling. The office was elegantly decorated and the amenities offered were state of the art.
