The choice you make with regard to the colours whilst painting of the property will I believe have an impact on the occupancy of the community.
The team that runs and operates the community are all friendly and willing to go to whatever length to ensure everyone gets the most out of living at Bellaire.

Yes it may be rather expensive but you get what you pay for. We did consider moving early our 3rd year but after extensive looking around the area for anything lime it at a marginally lower price we decided to stay. Its simply got the best location, best team and best general facilities to offer. Oh and the price keeps out the scum bags! We have now left and moved back to the UK but highly recommend Bellaire Ranch to anyone.

This location is a cut above most in the area. The quality of the personnel on-site was excellent. I do not understand why anyone would move from this community.

I think the landscaping in the middle courtyards should be better, the were a lot of weeds and poor quality grass last year. The front of the apartment, on the other hand, have a much beautiful appearance.

Cost per benefit, staff can be intrusive at times. Limited notice for apartment visits requiring pets to be shut away.

If the family has children or pets, I would never recommend. The facilities are wonderfully maintained and the maintenance is quick to respond to any needs.

I love the location, it is very quiet well maintained, and the neighbors are friendly. I feel like i'm in a neighborhood rather than an apartmetn complex

We are totally happy with the apartment community. The office personnel are very approachable and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to help residents with no request being to small or to large for them to deal with.

This community stands out by itself. It is beautiful inside and out. It was maintained to an excellent level.

I always feel safe. Between the gated complex, the intrusion alarm system, and the close-knit community that watches out for one another I sleep great and live relaxed.

It's beautiful, the flowers are always breathtakingly beautiful, it is well taken care of. For having that many people, in that small of a space, with as few problems as we have experienced; it is amazing.

The maintenance guys are great. However, when I bring an issue such as the gates not working or the fitness equipment, I get a long explaination about why the company the apartment contracts with takes so long to fix. The office staff never claims responsibility. If the contracting company gives you this much trouble, and prevents things from being taken care of in a timely fashion, find a new company. I'm not impressed with the excuses for this.
