I have had large roaches that have appeared from time to time I have had exterminater several times but this has not worked. When I have talked with the office about this they seem not to concerned. Not sure new residents would like to know roaches are in my building

Amenities were exceptional for a small community. The property was very well cared for and attractive. The apartment was comparable to others in the area, with the rental rate on the higher end against nearby rivals. The leasing professional's presentation was a cut above and put the property in its best perspective.

The complex is in a great area and when the gates are fixed I feel somewhat safe.
Perfect Location
The updated apartments are in a perfect location. I am able to walk to the shopping center infront of the apartments. The interior is really well kept and the apartments are nice and cozy!! They have recently built a very nice dog park with plenty of room for running pets! Only complaint i have is the sprinklers water my car causing continious water spots no matter where i park! Love this place, i'll be resigning when that time comes:)

No. The internet contract with AT&T prevents me from using Charter which is cheaper and faster.

The community is like a 'neighborhood' near to everything - Banks, Grocery Stores,
all sorts of Drs Offices, Restaurants, Drug Stores, and more. Only 'negative' is the annual 'increase' in rent which has never relented during our 7+ yr residence.
