I really like the way the community looked and the curb appeal. The amenities are very nice, and I was very happy with the apartment except for the repairs that needed to be made. I would have made this one of the top of my lists for leasing.

At the beginning, the rent is comparable to what you are getting. After the first year, you cannot choose a 12-15 month lease and the rent goes up considerably.
They increase it by $100 every time you renew your lease.

I thoroughly enjoyed touring this property. The community is very beautiful and well maintained. With all the community amenities, I felt that it was a very good value. The leasing agent's presentation left me seriously considering moving in.

Again, the biggest downfall to me was during the painting project and I totally blame that on upper management and poor planning. You took our summer. First we had to clear the patios for power washing, jamming everything in out apt. Then it was railings, etc, etv. COME ON!
Attack 3 buildings at one time and finish it up and move on! It was a novice move!!
