I would have been happy with the presentation and personalities of the employees in the office.

This property has everything I would want in a temporary home. It is right next to the Trinity River and close to shopping. The staff I have encountered so far are very accommodating.

This place is an oasis in Fort Worth. Every time I came home from work, I drove through gigantic trees seeming to hug me saying, "Welcome home." They have a free bike rental, Colorado ski lodge looking resident center, Caribbean resort looking pool, but the best part was the serene atmosphere. The Marquis at Bellaire Ranch holds a certain calm, rejuvenating quality.

The community was very nice and the agent was kind.

We feel safe here. The apts are lovely and the clientele seems like quality.

We were very excited when we first got this place. The amenities and location are great, and exactly what we wanted. Immediately after we arrived the staff became less helpful. We had several problems and the maintenance staff would do a halfway job. Eventually we just decided to live with it, because it wasn't worth the hassle, even though we were paying a lot. Pro tip for any residents: Don't call the current resident line, always call the leasing line. They have never answered the resident line, but amazingly are always willing to pick up for someone new. We were also really disappointed that our rent raised more than $100 a month. Even though we love the location and it is perfect for us, we can't justify paying a high price and then adding another $100. They claim that it is a standard raise in rent, but I've been living in apartments for 10 years and never had anything near that high. It really seems as if they only want short term renters, and don't really care if you leave. Really disappointed in the experience.

The community overall was presented very well. I only met one person on the staff. The person I spoke with on the telephone was also very friendly.

It's competitively priced, the community has lots of amenities and a great location minutes from shopping and the interstate. Our neighbors are very nice and the grounds are well kept. The apartment itself has new appliances and is well maintained.

I'm going to try this out for a year while I house shop. I understand that there will be negative reviews about every apartment complex. The most common I've seen is regarding the price. I moved from FL ahead of my family and got a cheap place off Hulen. Biggest mistake I've made. I took the tour of M@BR and was completely impressed. I'm looking for upscale living and this complex is far cheaper than those on 7th St and downtown. My advice to the individuals that complain about the price is to buy a house. My wife and I are looking forward to our year here!
