This location was exceptional. My only concern would be the close access to the river, which ran along the northern edge of the community.
Thank you for your comments about our wonderful community. We do enjoy the close proximity of the popular Trinity Trails for biking, running, walking etc. The property does not have direct access to the Trails which may be of concern to some.

Pro: Staff is great. Location is great. Amenities are good.
Cons: Noise from Leaf blowers every week for hours at a time.
My Rent has risen much faster than the market. Too high now.
