I love the property and area, only issue is the rent is very high, probably the highest in the area.

We recently moved to Fort Worth.   We have not lived in an apartment for 20 years and were skeptical but the staff and beautiful scenery at Marquis of Bellaire Ranch won us over.  The office staff has gone above and beyond to make move wonderful.  It's a great place to live.  

This was a beautiful community with all of the modern amenities in a park-like setting. It had a great location in a beautiful area of the city near a major university. It was conveniently located between the two major freeways, and there was plenty of retail services and shopping and restaurants nearby. The apartments were beautifully finished out with nice size rooms and large patios overlooking the beautiful setting.

I would not reccomend this complex to anyone. The neighbors alone are enough to dissuade and discourage one from living here.

It is way too expensive to put up with what we put up with as far as the staff is concerned. The apartment is beautiful. But it is NOT worth the money.

The leasing agent was pleasant and confident. The model apartment was very appealing. I would consider living here for sure. The agent did a very good job of trying to meet my needs and creating a relationship.

This apartment community is in a great location and is very well maintained. The community events are a definite plus.

Too expensive and they do NOT treat their current residents well. For example the rent increase is very unreasonable.

I think the entrance needs more security. Everybody can cross the gate

We did recommend it to family and friends when we fist moved in, but with the current conditions, we would not.

Love the location, but the rent was increased last year even though I am a good tenant.

I think the apartments are beautiful and spacious which is the main reason why i have stayed here for so long. Grace and Debbie have been wonderful over the years.

I would recommend because of the area, landscaping, trinity river, the convenience to everything. The office has done almost everything I have asked.
I dont have too many concerns except the price of rent

I was extremely impressed with this community. The layout was so great. I liked the clubhouse being in a separate building. The landscaping and feel of the community was so comfortable and inviting. I saw several of the residents and they were all so pleasant and seemed happy. The apartment was unique. It had so many features that I have never seen before in an apartment like the double sided fireplace, granite counter tops and built in bookcases and wainscoting. The Leasing Professional was great. She spoke so highly about the community, apartment, residents and management. She made me feel welcome.
