The environment is great; but the rent is outrageously high and contiunes to climb. For this reason alone, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone I know.

The community was a very nice. I would not mind living there. I did have an issue with the rental rate. The property was fourteen years old, so I would think the rates would not be as expensive. I would expect that type of rate for a newer property.

The leasing professional seemed to offer me what I asked for. I felt that she appeared genuinely concerned that I may lose the one bedroom coming available with the scenic view. I would have loved to lease the apartment based on the amenities she pointed out, especially the bike rental feature. Since she knew that my husband enjoyed working out, the fitness center had everything he wanted. I feel that she was truly wanted to help me get settled and into one of their rentals by the time line that I requested.

I think the rent is high.

We're paying a lot of money for something that has caused a lot of headaches. Again, while I love the apartment itself, I can't justify telling my friends to go through the same thing.

we recommended Marquis at BR - our referral visited the complex - she decided to buy a home - but never received a follow-up call from the staff on the possibility of leasing here

Location, amenitites are great but I would warn for the price.

I actually did recommend this to a close friend and she is now my neighbor.
