The community and clubhouse were very beautiful. The amenities were exceptional. The kitchens might need to be updated in the apartments.

I would recommend these apartments to my older friends. My friends are all my age, 24, and mostly single. I do spend most weekend nights traveling to visit friends living in more exciting parts of the metroplex for young professionals. To my married friends and those with families, I would recommend these apartments in a heartbeat. This community is very quiet and is full of families. I have never felt out of place here but I do admit that flower mound is not a happening place for a single 24year old man however.

On the apartments and community alone I could not be more happy. Everything here has been fantastic.

I thought that it was a very nice site. I would enjoy living there it had everything that I would have wanted. The customer service was very good. I thought that they did a good job on what they had to offer.

I like the apartment, but often the problem is the behaviour of the other residents. An example are the dof escrements found everywhere (not only in the dog area) despite the numerous comments. Noisy people at the pool, drinking (often heavily) and smoking is also another issue.

prices are a little high for the quality you get.

We love the complex and the staff; we have had some trouble with our neighbors.

Rent too expensive for the run down condition. Nice staff, nice size and good layout are the positives. Could be outstanding if bathroom fixtures were replaced. Stove and refrigerator were replaced. And most important the incessant noise from the faulty air conditioner was abated by replacing it.

BUT THE COST OF RENTING IS NOT GOING TO BRING PEOPLE IN.
