No package notification. This is the only complaint I have.

Clean and quiet! Office staff are responsive and helpful and friendly

I would have given a higher score. The road noise is very bad from 2499. When this place was built, 2499 was no where near as busy or noisy, I would think. I cant sit on my porch because it is so loud. It would be nice to have a sound barrier built (stone wall or similar) replacing the iron fence. This would also allow more privacy.

The leasing agent came across at captivating and she related the apartment and community to my needs. The amenities were decent. I thought the fitness center was average.

The trash receptacle in front of building 4 is horrible. It’s an eyesore. Family member said it looks like a dump. It does.
The main entrance and pool area are fabulous. Love it. And we like the open areas of the complex and large windows. We don’t feel at all closed in. Nice.

Location and cost

Over all it’s grear community. The size I do the apartments are comfortable.

The overall community was well maintained. The homes were very well-maintained and nicely updated. The on-site staff was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would be happy to call the community home.

The community amenities offered were nice and I liked that the fitness center equipment was new with the TVs included. The leasing consultant provided me with an excellent presentation.

The location is good for everyday amenities; however the units are older. Challenges with electrical outlets, ac units, and plumbing seems to have masked by countertops and laminate floors.

Wonderful place to live

It was an immaculate community and in an excellent location. The apartment had a unique flair to it. I would definitely live here and recommend to others based on the excellent presentation I received from the leasing consultant.

Quiet complex. The apartment is functional and we really like the location.

The community was very nice and clean from the outside. The front of the office landscaping was pretty and up to date. The staff was very friendly and upbeat when I walked in the office. The staff had all the information I wanted and were there to help.
