This community was just wonderful and was in a great location, close to shopping areas and schools. The leasing professional provided me with a great presentation. I would definitely recommend this community to family and friends.

I would recommend a unit that does not directly face your neighbors. mine does and my neighbors across yard are always out smoking on their patio, I can't enjoy my patio privately.

I really enjoyed my time at Marquis at Lantana. The leasing professional did a fantastic job of showing me around. I was impressed by her touring ability. I would refer others to this community.

The property was clean and had been updated somewhat. The grounds were trash and clutter free, and the lawns were well maintained. The leasing agent was friendly, professional and sincere in her attempt to meet my needs and wants. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a clean, fresh and inviting new place to call home.

I was very impressed with the leasing agent. She was knowledgeable and upbeat the entire time. I was impressed with the community with everything I saw, except the for leak or drip in the back of the office.

Location and layout of the complex is fantastic!!

Most of the people I know will make other sacrifices rather than pay as much for rent and are not willing to move here.

This place felt very homey, and we know the teams will change,but this one feels like what we had at the Oaks Of Lewisville, fake with the smiles and not to interested in the current occupants. Hope this will change as some of this feeling may be me. but still wonder if we will stay after the next renewal. Lost that Homey feeling, now seems like a rental complex.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The agent that assisted me was knowledgeable and focused on me. The community was pretty and the apartments were fantastic.

Would first recommend the new facility on Morriss Road because it will be much cleaner. The breezeways here are filthy and I am embarrassed when family or friends come to visit. The landscaping out front of this building is a shame.

I HAVE REFERRED TWO CO-WORKERS BUT THEY ARE TAKEN BACK BY THE AMOUNT OF THE RENT.

I would never tell anyone to move here because of my experience.

It's a great small community with a wonderful office staff. That is wonderful to have in an apartment complex.
