The staff is always helpful and makes it a point to go out of their way in regards to service requests and making things work for you. I do think the price is a bit high for the space but its the market more than the apartment complex.

Wonderful staff, . Friendly environment, feel secure. We enjoy the community activities such as breakfasts and senior luncheons. The pool area is great.

The community was standard. It did not really stand out, but clearly was well kept. It seemed the property needed a little updating inside the apartment for the amount of rent being charged. Also the covered parking should have been included.

The equipment is always broke in the workout room, no upgrades offered. office staff isn't overly friendly. The maintenance crew is outstanding!!!! Office mgmt should take a class from them on how to treat ppl

Older complex and not as nice as presented.

It seems that the apartment that you were shown was an upgraded apartment. We only have a few apartments (15 or less) that are upgraded so your apartment is actually like most of the apartments in the community. I'm sorry that the leasing consultant did not explain that to you at the time of your tour.
