Great location, friendly and safe community, great parking availability!

Convenient and safe. The price has gone up a lot so many long time "quality" residents have moved out and it is now feeling more like an apartment than a community.

the parking is I think terrible.

Would recommend that potential renters be told about inconsiderate, noisy neighbor above us before renting this apt after we move.

Think rent is too expensive!

As I a real customer, I would say that I had a wonderful experience. I did think that the price was high; however, I could expect that from a community like this. I do think that the apartment is worth the money. I could definitely see a future making myself at home here. The leasing professional was great, and I will put this community on my list for future reference.

More could be done in Common Areas (as stated above)at reasonable cost and effort as stated above. A desirable tenant should not need to apologize for the quality of his "home".

I would recommend because it is quiet, safe and I like the smaller community feeling that this apartment living has to offer.
I would not recommend because the new management makes no effort to get to know you or care about who you are as a resident.

This is an older property that seems to have been maintained well. The appliances definitely need to be upgraded.

I love the apartments themselves, however the staff is what would make me discourage someone. The office is closed at irregular times and for long periods of time. The staff CLOSES the office to go out to lunch because for some reason it would be unreasonable for them to go out separately.

Definitely needs more access to "green" resources.

I felt the community was very well cared for and the office staff was very friendly.

Again this is mostly due to Christie. However, the wild fluctuations in yearly rent through real pages is totally unacceptable. It is impossible to juggle those kinds of fluctuations and still live a reasonable stable financial life.

its just a nice place to be. Family loves the pool and the fitness room has been a godsend for me especially. Clean and well kept, pretty as teh flowers are taken care of and grass watered
