Overall, I had a really great experience at Marquis at Lantana. The leasing professional had a personality that was very nice and welcoming and made me feel at home. She made an effort to ask me about me and connect with me. I felt like the experience was very personalized and like she cared about helping me out. The community was very nice and would be a great fit for me.

Everything is handled in a professional and courteous manner. I live living here.

Overall, a positive and pleasant place to live. Very convenient to stores and services. I like my apartment very much. See below for my pet peeve among many pluses.

The community and apartment were very attractive and appeared to the competitively priced for the area. Staff was very knowledgeable and was particularly attentive considering the busy state of the office at the time of my visit.

I think the rental rates are on the high side compared to other complexes in the area. You are not as new and although you've renovated, the level of renovations (vinyl flooring, drafty windows, brick entry way, etc.) are not putting you on a level with brand new apartments with far more amenities and better upgrades that cost the same as your complex.

I've lived here since 2010 and I would certainly recommend this community. This staff is friendly and professional.

Getting way too expensive

I would recommend this apartment complex because of its great location and its exterior home feeling with all the flowers shrubs and trees, and not having that feeling of it being built on top of another apartment complex like I see so much of around the area.

Most people I know would not see the value in paying the price of these apartments. The computer seems to be making the decisions, and additional costs added to the base rate, vs people helping people.

I was very impressed by the leasing professionals. They were all very professional, friendly and all of them had great energy. The community was impressive and felt very comfortable.

We have enjoyed our time here and have had few problems except for one nasty neighbor and he is gone. The ammenities are excellent and the area open enough to enjoy some of the open spaces.

I have recommended this community, but rent rate has always been a factor.

The pool was under construction, but all the amenities were clean. Additionally, the apartment with the o-zone machine should not be shown. I might have leased at this community.

Most of my co-workers are home owners and younger families cannot afford rent here. Even with referral fee incentives, friends look elsewhere.
