If someone were to ask me about renting here, I would tell them that the apartments are nice, the office personnel are amazing, the amenities are nice, but the road noise and lack of insulation make me wish I had chosen another place for my temporary situation. I find it frustrating to see money spent repainting the outside of the buildings...nothing wrong with the old color scheme...especially when that money could have gone in to energy efficient windows.

The community was upgraded and was in a nice location. I liked the layout of the apartment viewed. It had a good amount of square footage for the price and the area.

Tenants living upstairs with dogs should control the jumping of pets especially at nights.

I really liked the apartment. I liked the special touch of the stairs. I liked that the community had a pool and a hot tub. I liked the 24-hour fitness center. I liked that the residents were able to have coffee anytime. I also liked the spaciousness and open-concept of the apartment's layout. It felt more like a home instead of an apartment. It was really a site to see.

This place is safe quiet and kid friendly. Multiple pet areas. Grills, pool and playground.

I would because other than the residents who do not pick up after pets, the grounds are nice and kept well. And customer service is great.

The visit met all my expectations as potential resident. The surrounding area and walk ways were clean and attractive. All amenities were attractive and well maintained, and the staff was very helpful and attentive in meeting my needs.

My move in experience wasn't great so things will have to improve before I am comfortable highly recommending to friends.

I would, but I would make sure they get an upstairs unit. My above neighbors are really heavy walkers, I hear every step they take and it sounds like elephants. I wish I could move units because of this. It really stresses me out to hear this all the time.

No, because the prices no justify the apartment, style, size, paint. No parking space. Poor landscape. stain hallways, they look dirty always.
