The community and apartment were a bit dated. The leasing agent was very friendly and engaging. I would recommend the leasing agent.

This company is an excellent management company. The rental rates are reasonable and the location cannot be beat.

The apt. landscaping is well maintained. Maintenance requests are usually solved very quickly. My appliances are old though. Windows are super thin & I can hear conversations outside clearly. Overall, it's a great place to live.

Great property. Great Value. Great location. Great staff. There's a real sense of community. Plenty of activities and opportunities to socialize in the country club. Pool party rocks!

We think the Green 1 is one of the best values in the area. The apartments, although very small for a one bedroom, are well kept and the facilities nice. Although the unit is old, management has done a good job of updating most of the units. We got lucky and got a unit that has been more updated than others. We are definitely pleased.

The apartments at the Green are excellent, my only complain is that they stopped being a good value. I found some nice townhomes (3 bedrooms) that are almost double in size for just 300 dollars more, I have 2 bedrooms here. The maintenance is great, I've always had a technician here in less than an hour, sometimes in as little as 15 minutes. I really like that my apartment complex is gated, because I have kids and the gates prevent extra traffic from people just crossing over.

Overall my visit was a good one. The agent was professional and prepared. The community was well kept and appeared to be well managed.

This is an older property that has been well maintained. The appliances are dated. With some modern updates, this could be a great property. The apartment size is nice and comfortable.

My overall experience was great. The presentation matched the community. The leasing professional was energetic and upbeat, and she was willing to assist all. I did not find or see anything to improve upon.

I thought the best part was Mary Margaret and Katie! Both are gems for sure!
