These are older apartments, but very well maintained. Very convenient to everything walkable, rideable, or drive-able.

Some of the neighbors are inconsiderate in being outside talking on the phone or to others until one or two am. It happens very often in the courtyard and parking lots. Other than that, my experience has been pleasant. The village has great facilities and events if you want to take advantage of it and the property is kept neat and presentable.

The layout and location of the property was excellent. It was outdated and needed new cabinets and new kitchen counters. It also needed updated carpet and a garden tub in order for it to remain competitive with others in the area.

The experience that I had at this community was wonderful. The leasing agent was very engaging, detailed, and knowledgeable. He had the ability to understand exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service. The amenities offered were awesome and so refreshing. I must say that I will recommend this community to anyone. They will truly get the best value for what they are paying. Just terrific!

This apartment is in a great location in The Village. It is close to Lovers Lane. The apartment is very spacious.

This was a very nice community. The landscaping was beautiful, and there were two pools and private tennis courts, as well as access to all the facilities of the country club. The apartments were nicely updated and very clean. They included a new stackable washer/dryer. The commercial rate utilities that were billed with the rent were a good value, and there was a 24 hour courtesy patrol. The location was in the center of Dallas near major highways, shopping and retail services.

It is often rare in the apartment leasing department, to see someone who has been dedicated to one apartment community for so many years. This really showed as the leasing agent explained the community, as well as the amenities around the community. The community was well kept, quiet and beautiful. The leasing staff seemed to really care about their residents, neighborly love and the community itself.

Great place to live, staff is very sweet and friendly, from office staff to grounds people. I have lived here for almost 6 years and love it. Neighbors are great, respectful of each other. Apartments are well maintained.
